I've only seen Season 2 and I liked it! I gave it a 7 for it's great complexity and I loved the characters, but it felt kind of monotone after the first quarter of the season. Started off really strong and just kind of pleateaud. I love the opening song.

I use the 10pt because if I went any more detailed I would overthink it. Also, when I keep it simple, I feel like it lets me rank them by "themselves" as in comparison to other anime.

That's the same reason I choose 10pt. I can't bring myself to put my 10's in the same category as my 9's. But I like the category system, so it would be cool to have the smiles as supplemental.

I don't use the smile but I like the reasoning behind it. It provides categorical data. Because everyone defines good and bad differently on the 10pt or 1-100 scale. For me, 6+ is good, 5 is average, and anthing below 5 is bad. Some others would classify differently.

A 40 for Erased? Ouch. Is it because it's not explicitly romantic?

I'm with you. I love the animation and art but I found the characters kind of annoying

I dislike this show so much because theoretically, it's perfect for me. Devilish resistance group, many characters to play with, and fight scenes... but it just felt so flat. I like the idea so much that I'm going to give it one more try but I feel like I'm just forcing it.
