For me it's easily Sign. I always liked FLOW's music and it gives off a great vibe that fits perfectly with the part of the story it's covering.

I also love the visuals of Sasuke's fight with Itachi and Jiraiya fight with Pain, and the scene where Obito's sharingan flashes on screen for a second always sends a chill down my spine.

Yeah Monogatari is like Fate where there are so many different series that it can be difficult to understand how to watch it. This image provides a good viewing order.
