Maybe if the sizes go S,M,L but if they're numbered (ex. size 15) getting one-two numbers down won't squeeze it too tight. If I were to this myself I'd buy something like this

and cut it down and hem it around the cut. I think, you can shrink the glove by doing some sewing magic to tighten it.

If you want them to be tight then you would just get one that is smaller than the one that'd fit your hand otherwise some sewing work would probably achieve what you're looking for. With the sewing you'd probably have to line the inside with something that would make it not slide off your hands.
