It's been a while since I've watched it, but I came to like it quite well.
If you really find every episode to be boring, you probably shouldn't continue watching index (for now), maybe watch railgun, imo it's easier to get into and then see if you wanna tackle Index again.
If you don't like Touma and think Index herself is annoying (which she is), I can tell you they won't change a lot in the first three seasons, so you should probably give it up.
I think it's worth a second try tho.
