I don’t kno anything about the novel or the manga for this. But I watch it just cuz its relatively easy to watch (in my opinion). Also Sayu is an interesting character, with some past trauma that I want to find out about. For the part that bothers you, I mean everyone has sex, doesn’t really bother me that much that she’s sleeping around just for a place stay, and she has underlying trauma which she basically uses sex as a method to escape. My opinion is sex work (I believe what sayu is doing could be categorized as sex work) shouldn’t be condemned. I mean porn is literally available at are finger tips thats helps to gives us a little bit of solace in all our complicated lives.
Harems are great. A man’s fucking wet dreams. But this anime is also good as it tries to incorporate little bit of realism like using sex to escape problems.
And for sayu’s trauma u mentioned under the spoiler tag. I also find it hard too watch when topics such as this come up even in an anime. But I’ll still watch it to see how she overcomes her trauma, and how Yoshida or his little harem (FUCKING CHAD) helps her overcome it.
Everyone talkin about the train and bus beef. But can we talk about this man LITERALLY getting hit with a fucking tutorial IRL(in his reincarnation) and the fucking music for that scene sounded like an ost from Witcher. Like y did they do that and I couldn’t stop laughing while watchin this. It was so bad that I enjoyed it.
I think the role the characters are given are important but at the end of the it’s up to the individual to utilize the advantages of their role. Based on the anime I think yotsuya is currently the strongest simply b/c of his wits and ability to stay calm during situations makes him currently the “strongest” even though he’s a farmer :)
Like to see how the new guy is gonna fit in
Any manga readers kno if this episode followed the source material and was this the actual ending? It seems that the manga is still ongoing so I’m guessing they’ll renew for a 2nd season eventually, but idk what they would do at this point, the main cast story seems done, after what we saw in this episode. Maybe the focus will be on new characters, and the main cast for s1 will have supporting roles.
That just my thoughts manga readers feel free to spoil it for me for what comes next after this (if this episode was even related to the manga)
FUCK THIS WAS SO DAMN GOOD, EVERY EPISODE KEPT ME HOOKED. One thing I have a question about is in the scene when he was still on the hospital bed and was talking to the guy that won the lottery and he mentioned the murderer (black cat #2).
In this case did Odakawa ever tell the police that the girl (black cat #2) that he drove that night is the killer, or at least a suspect in the case. But it also makes no sense if I think about it cuz previously, others around Odakawa had complimented how he had the ability to distinguish a person in a crowd. But in this case when the murderer entered the car Odakawa didn’t seem to recognize or react, or we just never got to see it.
Fuck the ending is good but I really wish they didn’t do me like dat.
Time to go recommend this to my friends again w/o them saying it’s just furry shit, which technically it is until the final episode :/
