Even though I totally agree with School Days, I wouldnt agree with IS, while it definitely isn't the best in the genre, it also isn't the worse, for example: Hundred
In the same Mecha + Ecchi genre Hundred falls short in comparison to IS, though some personal tastes may cause someone to change their opinion

I do the same in most animes, in very few I actually listen to it more than once

Well, what comes to mind right now is kokoro connect, i was expecting some cringy stuff but it gave me a whole new idea a few episodes in, and it kept me going until i finished it.

The opening answers your question, though its kinda difficult to notice at first glance.

I agree in parts with this one, since saitama can just 1-hit kill anything it would be boring if they didnt build up some actual villain, showing his strenghts and whatnot, since then they wouldnt have meaning becoming just mobs in our eyes.
