Having just binged it, it's simple and it's shallow, but the art is vibrant and lively. The humor is cute if repetitive, but I found that in most usages, it was more helpful in tying the show together than distracting from the show's progress. I think the length of the show both in episode count and episode length helped in that regard by keeping the story moving forward. Cute and quirky little fantasy comedy, wholesome and wholly enjoyable, if a bit forgettable.
If you just want to feel sadness, do resume Oyasumi Punpun. It just doesn't stop hitting.

The manga for Koe to Katachi was also really good. I haven't watched the movie yet (which I see you have), but just in case you might be interested in also reading it.

Some anime that don't seem to be on your list:
Ano Hi Mita Hana no Namae wo Bokutachi wa Mada Shiranai
Angel Beats
Currently, non-existent. I've had an SO, crushes, and some other closer relationships in the past, but eh, at this point, it's mostly on me for not really putting myself out there. Though, mild anxiety (general and social) plays a role for sure, but also there's a portion of sheer apathy. Being single is pretty freeing overall.
Megumi Katou from Saekano please and thanks
